:salam2:
I tried to look this up on the net..and I found some things regarding it..but I want to know *the sure thing*...
I was wondering if it's okay to perfume the masjid with something other than bukhoor (incense)?...Can air-fresheners (the spray type) be used?..Mind you the smell won't be something like *melon* or *strawberry*..it will be *musk*..*sandalwood & vanilla*..or *orchid*..pretty much smells that are woodsy or floral..
So does anyone know a fatwa or an opinion on this?..I ask because bukhoor are a natural thing and I have seen mabkharas (the container that is used for burning incense) in our masjid for example..but I don't know about the use of spray air-fresheners..
I know this might sound very *trivial* (even maybe *random*)..but I am concerned about it for a lot of reasons
Jazakom Allah Khair for any help in advance!
