i dont mean to sound rude and i hope you dont get mad at me but it no hablo espanol not no hablar espanol

the word hablar is in its original form and means "to speak"
and what you said no makes sense and it sounds like this

no to speak spanish

i will give you a couple lessons in spanish

firstly dont pronounce the h ever. its always silent like in french.
second the j is pronounced like an H not a j sound. also the g followed by a voewl is also pronounde like an h
