Salaam sister,
Could you give a bit more detail? Did they all convert at one time? Where did they convert, the mosque? I want to hear the entire story as it gives me hope that my family will do the same one day.
Wasalaam

Oh my word i cant believ i typed all that and it said im not logged in???!!! wah?!
Basically....we dont have a masjid near us. I have a male friend who im very close too, even b4 i converted...still working on the no males allowed bit....but he is always around my house....we would talk and chill and he helped me read and pray....Parents saw i was easily pleased, happy go lucky, all around smiles and they wanted to know more. My parents arent one of those who listen to propaganda, we dont listen to news much! they were intriuged shud i say, as to what or who was behind my sudden mood change...they did think it was a boyfriend, and when i said Islam they werent even too shocked! lol so i was shocked and i would cry and say i dont feel ryt doing this without u(2 my parents) but my frend would always be popping around and when i chat to him about this stuff he makes me open the Quran there and then so i dont change my own mind and we would pray...especially the 2nd surah..hes making me learn it by heart..Inshallah done the first page!lol...Well neway my mum who is the harsher and more loud/outspoken/nosey than my dad thought it was some ritual/tribal thing!so they were told to go clean themselves and my friends uncle who has a hafiz friend(leads prayers at their local masjid in ramadhan) came over and they said their shahada and we all prayed maghrib together..(parents jus 'actioned')..The hafiz stayed over,he doesnt live our local neway...and him and parents were up half the nyt debating!....My dad says when he feels at my stage...hes going to quit and study more and going to work for the masjid...lol caretaker..!
..but well im wishing, hoping, praying that Allah keeps them like this. I dont even care if they never learn anything, as long as they dont die non-muslim...As long as they know theyre basics of Islam and are kind human beings i dont care what they do or say or ask...
