Wa'alykum salaam,
No need to worry unless it is in roughly mouthful quantity. Therefore, if you just feel like there's blood in throat it won’t have any effect on your fast's health. Insha'Allah.

check out islam Q&A website they have a lot of rulings on fasting. from the fatawa that i have read from them, they state that swallowing saliva, blood etc. from your own body doesn't break your fast. many people ask questions regarding fasting and most of the time it is about accidental swallowing while fasting.

Islam is ease, my brother and that's something that can't be helped , so isA it doesn't invalidate your fasting. It would have, though, if the blood was on your lips and you sucked it, coz that could've been avoided. May Allah accept your fast inshaAllah.

hmm if I had blood in my throat I think I would have more serious concerns than if my fast were broken...particularly if it's MY blood...

hmmm yeah well dont care.....jz blood what can possibly go wrong if theres blood coming out of ur throat every morning or when u workout in the gym?...been like that since like 6 years back so well its perfectly normal
