i'm not sure if you are in the US but there a few islamic compliant banks that do offer mortgages without consuming ribaa. just google LARIBA, AMANA, or HIDAYA. they are the most popular here in the states. they don't work in all 50 states due to some state regulations, but give them a try. insha'allah you'll find out what you need to know.
