But today after offering zuhar salah in the first saff .A person said to me that u must not offer salah with wearing pent shirts . I was wearing half sleeve shirt.

There's Nothing like that bro. You can pray in the 1st saff as long as ur covering whats required to cover in order to observe prayers... And Allah knows best.
