I wasn't rude, harsh perhaps yes. Its not about being against Urdu in general, I can speak it (to an adequate level =P). Its not as though you're not aware that you shouldn't post urdu on the forum like that anyway. Many a thread have been filled up in that way.

You shouldn't say 'jeez' ..its an alteration of the word 'Jesus' and so obviously we can't use the name of any Prophet in such a way, maybe you didn't know?

Hope this didn't seem harsh..

Urdu is actually quite a beautiful language. Common folk have started to incorporate slang and mispronounce words, perhaps that makes it annoying and intolerable at times. Not to mention that the transliterations (with the txt spk) used by young ones on this website make it quite incomprehensible even for urdu speakers.

And yes, people should act their age on this website. Being young doesn't give anyone an excuse to act kiddish or foolish, in addition to being rebellious.

We have all joined this website in order to gain Islamic Knowledge and share our thoughts with other members on general topics. The young ones need to reconsider what benefit it brings them to fill up threads and VMs with 100's of chit chats, when they can spend the same times going through beneficial threads in Islamic Articles Library on TTI.
