It actually is contrary to the authentic hadeeth, "None of you believes until I am more beloved to him than his parents, his children and all people." When Umar, may God have been pleased with him heard this, he asked the prophet, peace be upon him, "Even myself, o messenger of God?" The prophet replied, "Even yourself."

The reason is purely religious; if I love the prophet, pbuh, more than myself, then when a situation arises where what I want contradicts what the prophet taught, what the prophet taught would trump what I want. This would protect my deen.

Always remember two things


Dont take any decisions when you are angry .

Dont make any promises when you are happy .

those two things i should remember for the rest of my life

and of course

think twice act wise


i dont know how stupid i become sometimes i hate it when i become really rash without any thinking i dont know where my mind goes

i need to learn how to be calmer whatever happened i guess i need to think longer before doing anything even if its my right
