Salam aliakum. I dont think that she should have uttered an expletive. That was not necessary. That just got her in more trouble. She shouldve just left and went to a lawyer directly. It just made her look bad. I am a muslim in hijab too and I went to court recently with my son. Fortunately, I had no trouble , alhumduillah. Although my family and friends suggested I not go because of possible prejudice to my son's case on behalf of the judge. I went and sat proud. I wouldve found a lawyer right away if I did have trouble.
