I came across this hadith...
Narrated ‘Aisha:
Allah’s Apostles used to accept gifts and used to give something in return.
{Volume 3, Book 47, Number 758 : Sahih Bukhari}
Jus wondering peoples views on receiving gifts from a non-mahram. Should we accept or no?? I had a discussion with one sister who said its ok and another who said its not that its haram?? Anyone know of any sound proof which states we should not accept..
