heart shaped while making duas

assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, brothers and sisters in islam.

recently, when i was making duas and looked at my hands, noticing that there was a heart shaped on the hands from the pointy finger to pinky finger. did you ever notice it before? masha'Allah, i think it's amazing. =D
