I wanna know that what are the major 70 sins in islam....... if any one knows the answer please be kind enough to inform me....

70 major sins, it was written by Imam Dhahabi (673 AH) to make easy for muslims to be away frm them.

Wa 'alaykkumus salaam wa rahmatullaah, attached below is the book in pdf format. Its called "Book of Major sins" and writted by Imaam Dhahabi rahimahullaah.

This book only represents Imaam Azh-Zhabai's opinion, rahimahullah. It has been disputed. Read it for insight, not for instruction. The major sins are spelled out by the Quran and the Sunna and they are far fewer than seventy.

I know one Muslim brother who left all Islamic duties after reading that book! He told me that he concluded that everything is a major sin and he cannot live that way. I tried to persuade him that the book only represents its author's views but I could not convince him.

Islam is easy, yet many Muslims want to make it hard. As if making it hard makes it better! It doesn't.

can you please tell me or guide me where can i find or read those major sins which are spelled out by the Quran and the Sunna..
it will be then easy for me to read , if you please tell me where to read those from..
