ops...I promised and didnt I dunno what happened I cant find the reciepe..after I moved stuff around in my house now I cant find it...arghhh I will call my mom and get it as its her reciepe anyhow..sorry sister

the first one seems to come out heavy
the second is the one i loved, it was perfect, maybe you try them out
WHITE AND WHOLE MEAL BREAD
15 g (1/2 oz) fresh yeast
5 ml (1 tsp) castor sugar
275 ml (1/2 pnt) warm milk
450 g (1 lb) plain flour or 225 g (8 oz) each of strong plain and whole meal flour
10 ml (22 tsp) salt
25 g (1 oz) butter
Beaten egg to glaze
In a small bowl cream the fresh yeast with the sugar
and warm water to a smooth creamy liquid.
Mix flour, salt and butter and rub to breadcrumbs stage,
add the liquid yeast and form dough. Using floured hands,
shape the dough into a bowl and place in an oiled polythene bag,
leave in warm place until dough has doubled in size.
Knead dough again and shape in oblong and place in
greased 450 g (1lb) loaf tin return to oiled polythene bag
and leave to rise again until double in size brush top with beaten egg.
Bake in center of oven at 220ºC or 425ºF gas no. 7
for about 30 minutes or until loaf shrinks slightly from the sides.
EGG GARLAND
4 Garland each 22740 KJ (655 CAL)
Dough: - 400 g flour, 15 g fresh yeast, 1/5 liter milk
40 g margarine, 400 g sugar, 1 egg, pinch salt.
Glaze`:- 1 egg yolk, 2 tsp condensed milk, 4 hardboiled eggs,
4 painted eggs , soft boiled for 4 ½ mins.
Sift flour into bowl. Make a well in the flour and crumble the yeast into it, mix with warm milk, cover with cloth and leave in warm place for 10 minutes, add softened margarine and sugar, egg and salt to the flour and knead all together well. Cover dough with a cloth and leave to rise for 3300 minutes. shape dough into a roll and cut roll into 12 large and 12 small pieces. Roll the large piece out to 2200 cm long strips and small pieces into 15 cm long strips. Braid strips of equal length together in 3 plaits, join end to make garland. Now place a small garland on every large one, place garlands on a greased baking tray, place hard boiled eggs in the middle and let dough rise for another 30 minutes, then brush the garlands with the egg and milk glaze and bake in the middle of shelf of the oven, preheated to 200ºC (gas mark 33) for about 25 minutes. when cold remove the hard boiled eggs and replace with soft-boiled eggs.
(Hard boiled eggs can be used in salad)
