he can't proceed with these statements to block a Muslim. There are higher ruling than his that prevent discrimination based on race, religion, .....
However when it comes to the Judicial end of American government, there is a moral character clause when appointing judges.
also, when he said go and believe on your own and not bother the rest of? This will not be possible because Muslims can't have their own court in the USA.
Lastly, the forerunners in judgement day will be the judges and rulers. they will be questioned on their decisions and actions.
at least he is open about how he feels and not hide it like others. that is a good thing about him.
