Asalama aleikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu hope by the grace of ALLAH THE KNOWER OF THE VISIBLE AND THE INVISIBLE that you are well ALLHAMDULLILAH. i just want to prove that all Satellite dishes are facing or may i say pointing to the Qibla (Mecca) . Until now i have proven to myself that its true , this is to say that wherever the dishes point to its the Qibla .
Now how about the rest of you , is it true and i hope it is . Just go out there and look if this Theory is right hope to get some positive feedbacks .

salam alikum warahmatu allah taala wa barakatuh

masha allah taala exactly you are right sobhana allah, my own is pointed to Qibla and my family toooooooooooo

It's not true, I'm sorry to say. A satellite dish can be pointed in any direction, depending on which satellite in space it is receiving reflected broadcast signals from. I know for certain that for me to receive the Iqra broadcast, I need a satellite dish that faces South. Qibla is Northeast where I am.

if I am not mistaken, the reason is because satellites need to be around the center of the earth (equator +- some percent) to maintain their position.

it could also be because the government restricts locations to these areas.

in northeast north america, the closest distance to mecca is north east rather than south east. but in Europe, it would be different as well as many other places. like india would pray to the west, and so on and so forth.
