make dua 4 ma finals
:salam2: brothers and sisters in Islam,
I hope and pray this reaches you in the best of health/imaan,:)

BismiAllah ar-rahman ar-raheem

I was not yelling when I wrote the tittle..... but wanted your attention:D
anywho, I have issues with people writting "allah"...
I mean we all know to capitalize names why do we not do it when it's Allah's name??

...... Allah is great, we should capitilze His glorious names for it's good and respectful. InshaAllah, we should try our very best to avoide writting any of Allah's names with lower cases, it just not right.
InshaAllah, I hope you get my point,:shymuslima1:

~I remind myself before anyone else~!!

Take care,
may Allah's blessing be with you always, ameen

:wasalam: Jazakillaah for the reminder. Also, if I may add, when we mention Muhammad salAllaahu'alayhi wa sallaam, we should write it in full and not SAW.

:salam2: jazakumullahu khairan ya ukhti, not meaning to be picky but it would be nice if people write it out properly as "Allaah" with a double "aa" so there is emphasis on the madd.

Barakallaahu feeki, wa salaamu 'alaikkum

assalamualaykum wa rahmatullah
thank you dear brothers and sisters for the correction and reminder
as for writing Allah (instead of Allaah) and abbreviation on s.a.w
i usually wrote it that way because when i read many books in my language thats the way they write it
anyways thanks for the correction will keep it in mind

there is no capital letters in Arabic. there is a symbol to inform you of what is said.

now in english there is capital letters for names. if you missed it I spelled english wrong it should be English.

also when typing on a keyboard, it is an extra step to make the letter capital and when typing fast you may just miss the step.

most online spell checkers highlight a known English spelling of a name and put a red squiggly line underneath.

it is nice you care about this but don't let it bother you from reading information that may benefit. me myself capitalize Allah because when communicating with Christians there is a big difference between god and God. and there right in the English language all proper names must be capital letters.

wa Allah ya3lam.

IMHO its the correct way. Basically sometimes its due to differences in the mother's tongue that people tend to spell it the way they pronounce it. Same goes with Assalamualaykum. I've seen many different spelling too. But in the end, its the arabic form which is the most correct.

Capitalization is good, but these words are transliterated so the way they are spelled shouldn't be a big concern.

IMHO :)

I didnt understand what it meant too before and took time to figured it out lol and lastly I gave up and asked someone. He said that it means 'In my honest/humble opinion'. Not sure if there's another meaning for it :)
