Assalamu alaykum

I pray everyone is in the best of health and Imaan

I have a question about this Hadith..

"The dua of a Muslim for his brother (in Islam) in his absence is readily accepted, an angel is appointed to his side, whenever he makes a beneficial dua for his brother the appointed angel says "aameen and may you also be blessed with the same".
[Sahih Muslim]

Is this the same for someone who makes an evil dua for their brother/sister? I know it says "whenever he makes a beneficial dua for his brother" but I just want to make sure.

No sister...that wont gonna work...its Hadeeth and it can only applicable for beneficial Dua

but if you want to do that....surely there is way...but being a muslim you cant do that,and being a muslim one cant even think of that...and that is Black magic...a wicked jinn will be appointed by black magic.....Astaghfirullah...

May Allah SWT save us from the black magic and its effect.
Always read out(whenever youre going to sleep/going outta house/driving...) Sura Naas, Sura Falaq and Ayatu kursi...inshaa'Allah we no one will be able to harm...

:wasalam:,

making an evil dua could mean cursing. if the curse is valid, it will go to the person who is being cursed (eg. oppressor, cheater,etc) otherwise it returns back.
