I need help please

:salam2:

First: Im ALWAYS going to be muslim. I love Islam. The more I learn
about it(taken from real sources) the more I love it.

Lately Ive been very confused and angry.
Im also angry at my own people. Turks in Germany are worse humans than
GERMANS(and that should really mean something) BUT I DONT BLAME Everything on Atatürk or Turks. I blame Fellow "muslims ". ( Maybe turks today arent good muslims because arab muslims fought them ?? )

MY OPNINION:

- I think arabs were jealous of non arab (but muslim) Empires(Ottoman and Persian)

Proof: They are responsible of destroying them.

- U can critizice everybody but never some middle east countries.
- What if I would make a thread about: " King Hussein of Jordan was a jew"
This man killed more palestinians than Israel !!!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_September_in_Jordan

- Arabs are quick to criticize Iran(and all other non arab nations) for being Shia. But they NEVER criticize themselfs FIRST. Or even ask themselfs: "Why did they become shia? Maybe to not Identify themselfs with those who fought them ? "

- Arabs always criticize(and judge) all the non arab naions but they never judge or criticize or even acknowledge their OWN MISTAKES AND BAD DOINGS

- I also feel like arabs are not nice to non-arabs.
- I also think arabs think that they hold a higher position in Islam than non-arabs.

These are my opinions and feelings. And im very frustrated right now.

Maybe my opinions and feelings are FALSE ??? If so please explain.

I dont want to hold grudges anymore. Somebody help please.
I mean u always say we family.

Salam alaikum.
The good practicing Muslims are great - and the Arabs that don't practice Islam very well are usually the ones who also see themselves as "superior" to non-Arab Muslims - talk about a paradoxical person.
Also, few of my best friends are Iraqi and Omani - so yeah.

And there is no solid proof that Arabs destoryed non-Arab Muslim empries - if you're talking about the disinetegration of the Ottomon empire, then happened from within with secular, pseudo-Muslims (from the time of Sabotai Zevi) slowing working up the chain of leadership.

Salam alaikoom bro

Well .... as an Arab I can tell you your concepts are not correct. To start I admire the Ottomans and I dont like Ataturk, not because he is Turkish, no, because he participated in bringing down khilafah. But then he is a dead man now and I dont see much point in discussing whether he was a Jew or not ... I dont see much point in calling the king of Jordan a Jew either. We are ordered to take people by their apparent positions and leave their hearts to Allah. Conspiracy theories are a hall mark of the intellect of the nation over the last 100 years because the nation is essentially weak and had attacks from directions and this created a sense of national paranoia where stories like "our ruler is a Jew" can prevail.

You keep refering to Saudia Arabia. Bro, the current ruling family has abolutely nothing to do with those who participated in the fight against the Ottomans. You maybe right that the USA government does not criticise Saudia Arabia a lot but the amount of attacks on the kingdom in the media are staggering. There are no friends in politics and when politicians say so they mean that we have shared interests. KSA has oil and there is abolutely nothing wrong in KSA using it as a leverage on the international arena.

Arabs has no privilige over non-Arabs and any Arab who says so does not know the basic tenents of Islam. It is only Taqwa (piety) that make anyone of us (muslims) better than the other. It is a fact that the first people to fight Islam were Arabs and were the prophet's own tribe. The "pharoah" of this nation is an Arab. However, I dont think it is right to make Arabs solely responsible for the mistakes of others either. You say that the Turks & Iranians deviated because the Arabs did so and so to them. While this might be true, there are other *Arabs* who did good things to Turks/Iranians. Everyone of us is responsible for own actions.

You need to chill out and stop looking at the past ... there is no benefit in doing so except making you angry!! If you see any Arab who is arrogant/rude/think he is priviliged then simply tell him that he is wrong because the prohpet (PBUH) said so ... dare he say you are wrong !

We love you, I love you ... by God I love you. I Love the Turks because they are muslims. Just chill out and see the positive. You are a muslim and that makes a member of the biggest family in the world. You are linked to all prophets from the beginning of mankind. I appreciate your frustration at your people making mistakes, but then all people do. This is part of us and this human. Try to change things for the better and keep optimistic and have faith in Allah SWT.

:salam2: brother,

I read your post with alot of concern.
many of non-arab muslims have similar feelings, for one i come from non-arab country, where they don't speak arabic ... i tried very hard and learnt arabic in my country where they don't speak arabic ... then dream about living in a muslim and arabic speaking country (to us anyone who speaks arabic is a muslim and anyone with a kanduura{long dress won by arab men} is a sheikh{religious leader}) ... Allah granted my prayers and i got the chance to live in an arab as well as muslim country, but i got shocked when i came there ... it was however different from what i thought.

brother, arabs are natural good hearted people, by virture of being at the centre of the muslim world, they had taken most of the islamic traditions and are so kind to one another ... there will always be all that negative parts you could find all human being - as human nature ... but you right, we non-arabs expect them to be better muslims than the rest since our beloved prophet was an arab.

i read recently that arabs make only 20% of the muslim population ... i thought arab countries are majority of muslim, we all learn this as we grow and get exposed to the world and what is happening... every one has short his/her short comings hence we do not need to blame one another ... all of us have own possitive as well and we need to encourage one another.

If we criticise a leader who died long time ago without doing for a purpose of learning and correcting ourselves, it doers not help anything, it will just create hateret among ourselves. we must be brothers as described in our prophets hadith, respect one another and in that way we will be strong nation inshaa Allah.

Assalamu alaikum brother!

Islam is the religion of Allah s.w.t chosen for us by Allah s.w.t, not by Arabs.

Allah chose Muhammad s.a.w from amongst Arabs to spread this religion in the world, starting from their own homes because they needed the light of Islam more than anyone else as they were the most ignorant people of their time.

If Arabs misuse this special status given to them by Allah s.w.t, then it is their loss, but we as muslims will not leave islam or go against its teachings because of what they do.

Allah s.w.t chose Jews for spreading the word of Allah s.w.t and sent them a great prophet, but they misused their position and became arrogant and attracted the displeasure of Allah s.w.t.

If someone is distancing themselves from the way of Allah s.w.t, Arabs or otherwise, we should try to invite them back to the way of Allah almighty with the best of manners and lead by example.

Surely some of that ignorance must still exist in some of them from the time of Jahiliyah, but there are some VERY GOOD muslims among them too.

It was the Arab sacrifices that spread Islam and you and I (Afghan and Turk) came to know of it, alhamdulellah.

We can not have both racism and islam in the same heart.

There are Afghans who are very good and pious muslims and i love them for
Allah s.w.t.

And there some Afghans who are the enemies of Allah s.w.t.
I would certainly not choose to be on their side only because they are Afghan.

My point is, it would be wrong to say all Arabs are bad.

By saying so, one risks committing a sin, but even if it were true, that wouldn't give us a reason as a true muslim to become the same bad people.

Allah s.w.t says in the noble Quran:

"and if you turn back He will bring in your place another people, then they will not be like you." 47:38

Lets not take that risk brother and thank Allah s.w.t for giving us this opportunity to be mulims and follow what HE s.w.t says, not what Shaitan says.

Wasslamu alaikum warahmatullah
