Its better to ask if there is anyone here who is from your city, then your can meet them and gain help. There is no way for us to verify anyone's claim here.

i agree you should go to a local mosque or to a muslims person in your community because it is not a way to be sure i am donating for the right reasons.

I totally agree with Amir. You can even go to your local mosque and inshallah they can help assist you. Maybe some of us can donate clothing or scarves. But since you are a new member can you tell us about you like the other post said?
