As-salaamu `alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh. Hope everyone is in the best of health and Imaan.

I have a sort of disturbing story to share....

*A friend of my father's son(who's in back home) is laying in the hospital. And he's in critical condition.
He was just like one those teenagers that shaytaan has led astray. A trouble-maker. His father enrolled him in madrassah but the kid bareley attended, which got his teachers to complain so the father eventually found out. Then one day, the dad went with him to the Madrassah, and told his teacher to keep the kid in there all day(mahboos), as a punishment. And some of you might know that some teachers whip or just treat their students harshly.
That day, the teacher tied the kid outside, in the burning sun, to a tree with a rope looking string, for hours as his punishment. It turns out the thing really wasn't a normal rope...it's like one of those that cut through your skin when tied too hard.
So when he came back for the kid sometime later, the boys body was nearly destroyed. >this might sound disturbing to some, but it's a mu`jizah wallahi>>The meat on his arms were gone, like it burnt away, leaving his bloody bones on display. His voice was gone(probably from screaming from the pain subhanallah!), his eyes couldn't focus, his stomach swelled up.....And he looked so wrong. Innaa lillah!
His father and teacher got arrested that day for the damage the caused and the kid was taken to the hospital...
I was told that, To fix his arms, the doctors took of some meat of his thighs and put it there(no clue how that can be done). and the kid is actually 16 yrs old, but if you see him, he looks no older than 10-12, Subhanallah!!

This happened last year, 'till now the boy is still in the same state of health. They can't move him to a better hospital because the family is short on money. May Allah ease their situation.

Please brothers and sisters, Include HIM and all those troubled kids in your pious du`aas. I pray that Allah swt accepts it from us.

Fii Amaanillaah!

OMG! May Allah sooth him and give him comfort. I could tell you many things about his condition medically, but the horror that one person could do this to a child...my god! WHERE was this??

Creator, please, heal him or take him but do not allow him to suffer...Ameen

Thank you for your suplication, dear sister.
This happened in Africa, east to be precise.....And treatments of this sort are common back there, Subhnalaah! It might be hard to believe, but trust me.

The teachers back there CAN teach, but their *way* of teaching kids is just SO wrong wallahi. No one is going to 'want' to learn if they're forced to. And that's what they're doing. *Forcing* the kids to learn qur'aan, instead of finding ways to 'make' them love it and be able to learn it on their own.
....The part I find worse is the parents though. I personally knew some parents that 'thought' it was a good idea to give permission to the teachers to whip the kids if they're not doing good in their studies. Ya Allaah! HOW in the world is *WHOOPING* SUPPOSED TO HELP?? It actually makes them hate the idea of going to madrassah and learn the qur'aan MORE!!

May Allah swt store understanding into the heart of this ummah!

Aameen.

I understand what you mean ukhty:(.....The cruelty they cause shouldn't even be an option wallahi. Thare are WAY better things to do to teach the kids what's good for them. I just wish they could really get their mind straightened out and change their ways.

Aameen. Jazakillahu khayr sister.

Trust me, the feeling is mutual! I was just plain angry at them too, for a while. But It's always good to make du`aa for them as well. That He swt places love in their hearts, so this won't be repeated.

I pray that Allah `azza wa jall accepts our du`aas.

Why dint the fear of Allah run through his heart before being so merciless..
This was so inhuman...am feelling terrible!! :(:(

I wil Inshaallah pray for my lil brother..

It's just wrong.Parents blame their children for everything but the truth is they don't know how to be a good parent.

:salam2: Brother, while I can't fault your anger over this poor child's fate, unless you are a parent, I would ask you to not think that it is a simple fact of know and not know. Being a parent is the most difficult task there is. Even giving birth is easy compared to being a parent. While THIS set of parents are completely wrong in their treatment of there son, WE are judging them by OUR standard of beliefs. We need to be careful of that and the best we can do is learn from them how NOT to be. I pity them as I pity the child.

I pity them because they can not see the beauty found in parenthood and have now lost the gift that Creator gave them. Their son.
