I have a job as a IT specialist.I must connect PCs with the Internet in big Companies.
My Problem :
On one hand the people have the access to unislamic sites like *!*!*!*!, atheist sites and so on.
On the other hand i think that is not the purpose of the i-net and they have also access to good sites.

So my fear is that im involved with their sin and get also punished by Allah.
My second fear is to be a Kafir because people could convert to Kufr and i build this I-net station up.

Can please who has more knowlegde answer me?

You can't control the actions of others and you are not judged by other's actions. It's like this, say you build cars for a living and someone gets drunk and kills someone by hitting them with that car. It was their choice to use the car un-Islamically and not your fault they committed these sins.

Now the people who crate the nasty sites, they will be held responsible for causing people to sin. You are just creating a tool, it's their choice how to use that tool.

Brother, your question is a good one. I will pose this question to Islamqa's facebook profile and Inshallah, they will be able to provide an answer for you.

Brother, I just posted your question to Islamqa but JUST after that, I found this. Maybe it applies, maybe it doesn't but hopefully it helps. Since you do not know for certainty which sites are being used, I think this fatwah applies. I'll let you know what they say since I also updated my question on their profile.

He installs Internet service for users and he does not know what they use it for

I am the owner of an Internet system which provides Internet service only to houses, and I do not know what sites the users go to, i.e., there is the possibility that they go to permissive or other sites. Do I carry any burden of sin? Please note that the Internet distribution does not provide a service that enables one to monitor the sites that are visited.

Praise be to Allaah.

With regard to the Internet and other things that may be used for permissible and beneficial and useful things, or they may be used for haraam things, it is permissible to sell them to one who you think most likely will not use them for forbidden purposes.

Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

Every garment that it is thought most likely will be used for sinful purposes, it is not permissible to sell it or sew it for the one who will use it for sin and wrongdoing. End quote.
Sharh al-‘Umdah, 4/386

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said:

With regard to every permissible action which you know a person or think it most likely that a person will use it for forbidden purposes, then do not help him in any way. End quote.
Liqa’ al-Baab il-Maftooh, 21/139.

It is not permissible for you to install Internet service for one who you know for certain or think most likely that he will use it in disobedience to Allah.

But when you do not know how a person will use the Internet, it does not seem to us that it is forbidden to install the Internet for him, because the basic principle is that the transaction is valid and is not forbidden, and we are not certain or we do not think it most likely that there is anything to indicate that the transaction is forbidden in this case.
