I think the right and good person on this is someone from the muslim association like a councellor that can be reach and assist you at anytime~Insyaállah!

What you encounter is a common thing among student who have heavy load of responsiblity and are away from their dear parent.
Relax~Take a/couple hour off to listen to qurán recitation or find some good nasheed on mp3 or surf Youtube for many great islamic channel.
Stay away from more stressful issue make many istighfar.
I'm sure you'll manage afterall you are an intelligent boy~
