JazakAllah for letting everyone know. What about thinking His name does that count? Because sometimes surat's that i've been learning come into my mind. And could you clarify what constitutes a dirty place please?

Thinking is okay. In fact thinking of god anywhere is good as it prevents you from doing bad deeds. Just do not say it out in the toilet unless you are doing wudhu. No worries...
