i was recently having a discussion with some friends about the islam religion and some one had told me that jewish was the first religon on the planet is this true??

Al salaam yes "Judaism" was the "first" religion, only back then it was islam,

Actually Islam has always been the first religion, the first man on this planet was a Muslim. All the Prophets(pbut) from Noah(pbuh) to Muhammad(pbuh) gave the same message regarding the One True God.

It is Islam which is the first and the oldest of all religions. People have a misconception that Islam is 1400 years old and that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the founder of this religion. Islam existed since time immemorial, ever since man first set foot on this earth. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was not the founder of Islam. He was the last and final Messenger of Almighty God.

Remember this:

Islam - Submission to God.
Muslim - One who submits to God.

^Before prophet Muhammad(pbuh) people did the above. It was only when Generations went astray did God send messengers.

is the first man that Allah s.w.t create.

:that Islam is The First religion on Earth!

They say Hinduism is the oldest religion actually. Islaam was the religion of our father Adam alayhis salaam so it's actually Islaam as mentioned before.

This is one of the biggest misconception umong the non muslims that islam came to existence 1400 years ago, but in fact it was present since time and when adam was the first person created by allah.
