Health is too general, there are so many things people are deprived yet deemed healthy. Let's count some of the things we take for granted:

- count every limb, every bone in your body. Which one would you live without?
- count all your joints, which one could you give up?
- count all the processes that your body carries out for food digestion, which one are you not thankful for?
- count every brain function you have, which one do you not need?
- your eyes, they see depth, they see colours, they see shades, you see the miracles of Allaah with them
- your ears, they hear sounds, you can distinguish their origin, how far away they are, the different languages, the many syllables, the words, the sentences.
- your mouth, can taste every flavour known to man, can create sounds, is there someone who could create such a more compact and efficient tool?
- your skin, protects your internal organs and bones, gives you beauty, a source of pleasure, helps you distinguish hot from cold and much more.

And I have not even finished counting the blessings of the human body. From the above, which would you give up? From the above, which do you wish not to have? Still need a reason to say alhamdulilah?

jazakallah khairan everyone.i can't count ALLAH's blessing on me,just can't.i thank Allah for:

Every day that i wake up,without losing what i was granted yesterday.

Every misery and mishap out of my way.

Every breath of air.

And my vision so clear.

Every drop of water.

Every sister and brother.

Every partical of food.

Every sight and sound.

Every step i take.

All the movements i make

Every bit of intellect.

And His mercy to contact.

Every ray of light of imaan.

Every word of the Quran.

Every sign of ALLAH.

Every act of His mercy.

Every manner His blessing.

Every ligth of His guidance.

Every joy of His love.

Every Protection from the hell and it's stove.

Every comfort of His protection.

Every wealth of His provision.

For all this and for everything.

And for His maghfira for i'm an ingrate being.

To say this, very little it seem.

Assalaamu alaikum,

SUBHANA'ALLAAH!! Subhana'ALLAAH!
Just like everyone else....i too cannot count the blessings of Allaah for they're too many to count.

I appreciate all of the blessings He has bestowed upon me.....the greatest would be that of Islam! alhamdulillaah:)

I also thank Allaah for giving me another day to live, another day to repent and another day to try to please Him....that in itself is a blessing alhamdulillaah!
