Dear Friends,

Do not leave Allah. It is a path of great loss. Do not obey your enemy, the Nafs. We still do not recognise the enemy that has cast us into problems time and time again. Then we claim to be the lover of The prophet (may peace be upon him) whereAs he himself said that the nafs is our greatest enemy.
1) Whenever you fell inclined to any attractive person, recite the verse,
فانّ له معيشةً ضنكًا
"He will have a bitter life"
Allah will make all your haraam pleasures bitter. What are you looking at there? Can a person obtain sweetness if Allah makes his life bitter? Look at who is announcing this.
فانّ له معيشةً ضنكًا
If Allah wills, his glance will be turned away. If you are disturbed by thoughts of staring at Men or Women on the streets, then immediately recite,
آمنتُ با لله و رسوله
"I believe in Allah and his prophets"
This is a vey effective way of removing all temptations.
2) Meditate over the verse,
فلنُحْيِيَنَه حيوةً طيِبةً
"We will most definately grant a wholesome life"
Oh foolish Nafs if you want enjoyment only, then recite Tasbeeh and do good actions.
Supplicate to Allah to make our internal self much better than our external apperance.
اللهم اجعل سريرتي خيرا مّن علا نيتي
"O Allaah, make my inner self better than my outer form"
One of the necessary conditions for attaining the love of Allah, which many people are neglectful about is Du'a
We know to ask Allah for our worldy needs but only the special servants of Allah ask for his love.
This fact is substantiated from the hadith of the prophet (may peace be upon him) wherein he supplicates:
اللهم انّي اسْاَلكَ حُبّك
(Tirmidhi Shareef)
Hazrat Haji Imadadullah Muhajir Makki (may Allah have mercy on him) used to cry to Allah saying:
(It is in urdu but this is the translation)
"Some are asking for something and some for something else,
O Allah! I beg of you to grant me Yourself"
May Allah give us all the Tawfeeq to act upon what has been said. Aameen.
