Marking a post

Is there a way to mark a thread without replying to the post??

not sure if i understand your question. you mean, to mark the thread as read? you could just click on it, then the result will goes from bolded link to unbolded one.

You can try to go to the top of the first post where it says "Thread Tools" then hit "Suscribe to this thread"... from then on you can set your options as you want them.
