Massage Therapy & praying

I'm a massage therapist considering conversion. Are there any suggestions on how to make the daily 5 prayers while working? Sometimes I am booked with appointments from 9am-2pm. I'm not for sure how it would work to leave the treatment room during a session. I'm sure there are other appointment based careers this applies to, so I'm wondering how people deal with it. And also, since the prayer times change I can't exactly book appointments around as sometimes people book a month in advance.

As-salaamu'alaikum,

First of all I am very happy to hear that you are considering conversion to Islam, alhamdulillah.
Praying while at work can pretty much always be sorted out some way or another, but you're job is what you should be thinking about. If your job means coming into contact with men (massage) then you will need to look elsewhere because that would make it haram.
It's not easy sometimes, I had to leave my old job because it was haram but giving up anything for the Creator is something to be praised.

Salaam.

I know of this and I am in an environment where my clients are 80-90% women. So it would not be an issue for me to ask my employer to not book male clients with me. I'm really concerned with how I could make praying work.

Depending on where you live, you might only run into 1 prayer time if you work from 9-2, which is Duhr prayer. Even then, Duhr time is usually still available after 2.
