man, if i went out knocking doors id would go a little different to that heh.
its a made up story he is telling, but i gues there are good points, but i think he is getting mixed up with agnostics...
athiesm is simply a disbelief in the supernatural, and i think dawkins would be a little annoyed if people called him a prophet!
i love it when preachers come to my door. they run away after about half an hour of microbiology and ancient polytheistic religions. most people who do this have no idea about anything other than the little books they have infront of them. in fact, Jehovah's Witnesses HAVE to go round doing this, as part of the law, so many of them do not have a clue what they are talking about.
Mormons are also good to deal with, as they believe some odd things, like magical glasses and that jesus lived in america...
