My serious Problem

Salam Waalekum

I have a problem that whenever i try to pray or think of praying,i get very angry. All these negative emotions like sadness, anger, frustration and being impatient surround me.It only happens when i try to pray.My head becomes heavy and it feels like my brain is boiling.I feel like if i had the freedom,i would beat up anyone in front of me.I don't know why it happens.I want to pray but i can't pray.Whenever i try to pray,it lasts only 2-3 days, after which i cannot handle the anger. It's so intense that i cannot do anything,i cannot concentrate on anything. If i don't pray,i am just like another normal person.

I really do want to pray.I am not saying this as an excuse so i don't have to pray.I don't know if it's because of psychological reasons or something.I used to pray regularly before but then many things happened to me.Sometimes i think that someone put a bad eye on me,but then i say to myself, don't be superstitious, who could do such thing to you.I am telling about my situation to someone for the first time. Please i need a solution to this.

Jazakallah Khair.

:wasalam: wr wb,

Does the same negative feelings occur when you listen to qur'aan/athaan? I'm no expert but I think you should have ruqyah done on you.

It only happens when i become committed towards praying. No it doesn't happens when i listen to quran.3yrs ago i had a problem that whenever i tried to read quran, make dua or concentrate on prayer i felt like my bladder was full and i had to go to the washroom.I cried and made a lot of dua and alhamdulillah i got cured but now i have this problem. It only happened if i concentrated on the prayer.I had to pretend that i was praying but in real i couldn't.

salam alaikum

recite surah Naas, surah Falaq, Ayatul kursi, everytime

just test yourself with ayatul kursi, if the same thing happens with you
I think you should go to some Imam and take is advice as Channa has said

I hope everything will be fine, insha Allah
have faith in Allah, He is the creator of Good and Evil, so He is the One who can save you

do you sweat at that time, when you are angry or feel bad?

when you go to sleep, recite the sura also
have you been through some nightmare?
are you using any taweez/talisman?

may Allah save you

wa alaikum salam

akhi get this book hisnul muslim and try to memorize some easy on tongue daily adhkar...

if it is from shaytan, in sha Allah, remembrance of Allah would suffice you. if you think it is something psychological, then think about death constantly, try to think about how Allah would make us stand before the day of judgement for 50,000 years. like, we better stand now for 10 mins quiet and calm during prayers rather to suffer for 50000 years. subhan Allah.

and akhee this is the key:

Those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah, Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest. 13:28

Assalaam walaikum,

When a person approaches Allah subhana talla we are leaving behind the duyna and entering the Reality. We are transmigrating. We are no longer a simple body. I have read accounts that describe prayer as the only time when we are truly free.

For many the worries about life follow us to the initial stages of prayer. We have to reconcile our worries. Before we can enter into the most personal arena in life we have to empty ourselves of this worldly life. Wudu is the first step. Most do not take the time needed to perform the ritual of purification. We must not hurry. Each motion helps us to transform ourselves.

Likewise we have to be mentally aware of making a spiritual connection with Allah subhana talla. We have to slow down and become cognizant of what we are about to do. We have to strive to make the connection.

It is during the purification and the intent of making salat that you must release your anger. Let it go. Do not fight the anger. It serves it purpose, but not at the time of salat. Simply will the anger aside.

Allow the anger to seep out of you. Do not fight it. Like the smoke and lava spewing out of a volcano allow the anger to vent and move forward to salat.
The anger is the rejection of the temptations of the duyna between salat.

salam,

i agree, wuduh is very important and should be perfect.

someone on a few weeks ago post 'Shaykh Khatri performs Wudu With Pure Chain *RARE VIDEO'

i cant find this person thread for you but i found the link to youtube.

if you watch this video and learn how to make the same wuduh, you will feel so amazing.

but do exactly what it says. it will take a while to complete the wuduh but that is the true purpose of the wudu as shown and performed in the video.

also, use the water out of a bottle or how the sheikhs uses it. dont use the tap. its sunnah and use maswak before wuduh. its sounds like a lot to do, but when you get use to it, it becomes so easy.

its really beautiful. it will inshallah release those anger.

i hope inshallah you will be better otherwise, there is no harm in seeing a sheikh / Imaan like others said.

take care.
