Assalam Aleyku Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu!
Brothers and sisters mashallah what a beautiful site this is i feel sooo blessed to have found it.
I am a somali-arabian muslimah.I am born in a muslim family but i was only a Muslim by name nothing else to show for it.And when i heard the word death well i knew it would happen to me someday far far away not anytime soon.Astaghfirullah.
But i went through a life changing experience two months ago and nw i try to live as though everyday is my last.Shukran

Yes, death can strike us anytime. Allah is happy to have you in his Deen. Death frightened me last year, when I heard that I might have a surgical operation, which could end my life. I always wanted to learn more about Islam, but I never new how really, was at the wrong place at the wrong time perhaps. A friend of mine said to me: "will you be normal again if you survive the operation?" I said: "no, I won't go back to my old ways." Now, I want to please Allah!

Well BRR i'm a sister not a brother but thank you both for those words of encouragement.It is a real struggle to stick to the Straight Path&avoid all these temptations especially when this world sometimes seems like the only real thing.But i love Allah SWT He saved my life and continues to bless me everyday in so many ways that the least i can do to thank him is follow His Deen properly.
