i am not chatter-box :D and find difficulty in ideas about talk issues. some of my frnds can chit-chat frm isha to fajr but i after 1 hr is over!

also in most gatherings, issues talked are politics, movies, so-so has lots of money, he has 2 flats, etc. which are pretty useless.:)

Good on you brother Ahmed. I was after the answer of the same question. Rather I would also like to ask something extra

Is this bad if we do not maintain relationship with some other Muslims?? The reason is because I do not feel comfortable anymore the presence of sisters'/friends' husbands and because it is very hard to avoid useless talk and backbiting.

It was OK in the past but as time has passed by, my approach towards life has changed (alhamdolillah) and I am blessed to have some very practicing Muslims in my friend circle.

Would it be considered a sin if I do not maintain relationship with them as they are my brothers and sisters in Islam?

Any thoughts???

:wasalam:

PS: I am neither blaming here my other fellow Muslims, nor am I judging them. They would be the best in the sight of Allah. I know the problem here lies in me who do not know how to handle the situation
