Need a recipe for pitta bread

Do any sisters have a good easy recipe for pitta bread? I don't like Egyptian bread, it is so heavy on the stomach and I can't buy european bread but I love pitta bread. I would like an authentic indian recipe if possible and can you tell me if I can freeze it and for how long?

Naan bread, I hadn't thought of that, thank you so much I shall try it. Inshallah my husband will eat it (he hates any food that is not Egyptian).
