Abdul Aziz Al Amr, there are cable channels like Al Jazeera, which said that Saudi Government do not give permissions to women to go somewhere without Muhrim, and the question is "When the Muhrim (must be a man?) is busy, then how could a woman (Muslimah and Kafir woman ?) go?"

The respond is awaited by the world,and because antum is the one who know about it better than I do.

Well, firstly brother Saudi Government or any other government does not have the right to permit or not in such issue. KSA applies the instructions of ISLAM .However , Muhrim is not a punishment 4 women ,which means that when there are some circumistances prevent Muhrim of being there then situation changes in away that help a woman and protect her.

Firstly welcome to the forums. Secondly Abdul Musa'ir, please don't post in this manner. The brother was introducing himself and just because he is from Saudi Arabia, you ask him about the affairs of the country!? It would've been better for you to welcome the brother and leave it at that.
