Prayers pdf/printable?

Hi!

i'm wondering, do any of you know of a downloadable and printable document with the prayers that you would pl direct me to? i've watched some incredibly helpful flash or otherwise youtube vids which have demonstrations of prayers. however I need something tangible that i can have next to me to read from when i pray. You all have been so kind and helpful so I thought to ask here.
