Wa alaisykum salaam,
Brother, I have for you here a fatwa from islam q&a site.
Working in a riba-based (interest-based) bank
Aslamoaliakum.
I have been offered a job at a Bank, and I am not sure whether I should work there or not, because the bank makes money from interest (Riba). Please tell me whether working there is allowed (Jaaiz), or not.

Praise be to Allaah.
You will find the answer in the hadeeth of Jaabir, may Allaah be pleased with him, who said: "The Messenger of Allaah cursed the one who consumes riba (interest or usury), the one who gives it, the one who writes it down and the one who witnesses it. He said: 'All of them are equal in sin.'" (Reported by Muslim, may Allaah have mercy on him, in his Saheeh, no. 1598)
Commenting on this hadeeth, al-Nawawi, may Allaah have mercy on him, said: This is clearly a prohibition of the writing down or witnessing of a contract between the two parties involved in a riba-based deal. It also includes a prohibition of helping others to commit wrong acts. And Allaah knows best.
It is inevitable that the employee in a riba-based bank will play a part in riba dealings one way or another, even if he is just a security guard. Maybe Allaah will help you, my brother, if you are patient, to find halaal employment. (Interpretation of the meaning) "… And whosoever fears Allaah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty)." [al-Talaaq 65:2]

Brother get the answer and maybe he has made his decision but i want to ask isnt our whole economic system is running under the same economic system. It means people who job at bank they are directly involved and the people who just using the bank services thry are indirectly involved. I mean both involved in the process. And if fish is living inside a pool and says i will touch the water does it make sense.
Even the Islamic banking is not a complete solution. Because some of parts of the islamic banking are fuctionaly working with government. So whole economy is on riba so how by just avoidng the bank job person can save himself from riba.

you right, the whole world is a mess... one should try to do his best to refrain from riba... for example, now-a-days, any angle you turn your face (in public area) you see "naked" females around, does that mean that it's okay to look??? of course NO... Allah is all knowing and he only test us to our ability... One should do his best to practice Islam... Allah is all Merciful (NO one can be as merciful as HE is!!!)... Imagine, our deeds in our time is 50 times more than the time of our prophet... Allah is JUST... Salam

Riba
We cant deny the fact that everything related to Reeba.
But we should not agree and be ridha (agree ) with Reeba that we involved in.
because Allah has prohibited Reeba and we will be in hell forever if we do agree with it.
Based on Al-Baqarah verse 275 below:
وَأَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّمَ الرِّبَواْ فَمَن جَآءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهِ فَانتَهَى فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ أَصْحَـبُ النَّارِ هُمْ فِيهَا خَـلِدُونَ
"...whereas Allah has permitted trading and forbidden Riba. So whosoever receives an admonition from his Lord and stops eating Riba, shall not be punished for the past; his case is for Allah (to judge); but whoever returns (to Riba), such are the dwellers of the Fire ـ they will Abide therein.)"
