Salam I have a question about Nations that are ruled by Non Islamic Law and Man Made Constitutions ? Are these Nations illegitimate according to Islam since they are being ruled by Non Islamic Law ? My other question is that some Muslims I talk to think America or the United States of America changed it's Foreign Policy than it would be a good Nation is this true ? I know the Americans do support Zionism/The Jewish/Zionist State of Israel/Israeli Policy and America does have a Imperialist Foreign Policy and has killed many with it's Sanctions against Iraq as well as it's State Terrorism against Afghanistan but I think even if America did change it's Foreign Policy America would still be evil because America is based on Non Islamic Law is this right ? I tend to believe every President that America has had is evil since they all rule by Non Islamic Law. It is America's Non Islamic rule that has lead them to attack Islam and Muslims with it's Foreign Policy in my view and opinion. American way of life and politics and it's Capitalist Economics are all corrupted since they are all man made.

We can not mix apples and oranges.

The Constitution of the US is a good document. But, even with its origin there were flaws. How can a country consider a human being 2/3rds of being a man. The Constitution was written for rich men. There is no pretense in the statement all men are created equal. This is an exclusive statement. All men with land are created equally. This did not include the indigenous population of the Tribal Nations. This did not include the Mexicans of the now called Texas and California; nor even the Spanish of the Florida; and there was no room for women.

Foreign policy. Go back to the phrase Manifest Destiny. That phase is very deep. It is the God given right to own everything.

Also, and this is true of all nations, there are stratas in society. Not everyone is on an even par. Some are struggling to live; others have it all. The moneywhores are the ones who are in control. And they set the agenda to make more money. It is greed.


I posted an excellent video. The title is two minute video. Listen to what is said. How money is circulated and why it is circulated. It is a game. Muslims are the target because we are the ones who keep on saying wait a minute we fear none but Allah.

Man made laws are made by those being called congressmen and senators or called as Member of Parliament, senators or member of state assembly. These representatives may include those who are:

Rapists
Alcoholics
Gamblers
Womanizers
Robbers
Liars
Racist
Fascist
Atheist
Etc… etc

As long as the above characters have majority in ballot box, they can be our leaders tomorrow. So how can you expect a just law being enacted by them?

And these people representatives are voted into congress or senate or parliament by those:

Rapists
Alcoholics
Gamblers
Womanizers
Robbers
Liars
Racist
Fascist
Atheist
illiterate
and scholars (minority)

This is the system that we are having today. By right, only scholars should be allowed to vote and only scholars should stand in election. These elected scholars may then select others based on their skills and make them as ministers or secretaries etc. Not saying in US, this should be in an Islamic state.
