well i dont know what to say but there is an building in new york which resembles with baitullah muslims MECCAH.n which is called apple mecca.apple mecca is infact a pub.which is realy dishearting to the muslims..i got some pics of apple mecca but xcactly dont know how to add those images in my post.i tried to add pics in my post i dont know whether i could or not.so if i couldnt add those images i appologoze for that.

That's ok. In what file type is the image saved as? You might want to just upload it somewhere like photobucket.com and use the "Insert Image" icon so you can just link it directly to your post.

it was started by some people, it was black and square building under construction, its gose all way donw under ground, beside the picture you posted was not the final out put, the final out put was a glass building, its just some people start anything to claim Muslim offended by this and that.

Sister, the building isn't called apple 'mecca'. It's just a name some people have slapped on it due to the similarites with the Ka'bah during construction. Btw, I've deleted the other thread on this topic as it's a repeat

We as Muslim pay attenetion to things which has nothing to do with our religion, it was black and square building under construction,

Similar idea in UK. Mecca Bingo is everywhere (for as long as I can remember). My 8 year old daughter is always asking why is that place called mecca and she knows it's a bingo place. She can't understand why it's allowed....and that's coming from the brain of a child

I'm not sure if this is the reason but the word Mecca is already a part of the english dictionary that means any place that many people visit or hope to visit ;A place that is regarded as the center of an activity or interest.

And other thing I noticed too ,I see some people wear ,mostly men, t-shirts or sweatshirts with the word Mecca on it.I was thinking is it a brand name or something ,or sport team or whatelse ,I don't know .Am I missing something ?
