Virtues of Salatut Tasbeeh and mehod of Performing

Rasulullah (sallalaho- alaihe wassalam) prescribed a special prayrer, which is known as salaatut tasbeeh (i.e. salaat of these kalimahs) it is called salaatut Tabeeh. because these kalimahs are recited 300 times during this sallat. Rasulullah S.A.W greatly stressed and persuaded the believers to offer this sallat, as it is evident from the following hadeeth:
(1) Once Rasulullah S.A.W said to his uncle, Hadhrat Abbas (Radiyallho anho), "O Abbaas, my uncle! I want to make a special gift to you i.e. to tell you something special , so that if you act upon it almighty allah will forgive all your sins., whether old or new, intentional or unintentional, minor or major, open or secret. That action is to offer four rakaats of nafl salaat, and during each rakaat, after ypu have recited surah fatiha, and one more surah, then you shoul say (kalimah Tamjeed) but NOT ALL only till 'wallaho akbar' 15 times while standing still, repeat it 10 times when in ruku, 10 when u rise from ruku, 10 in the 1st sajdah, 10 in the second sajdah and 10 when u situp after the 2nd sajdah. the total comes to 75 times in one rakaat. If possible u should try to offer this sallat once a day, if not then on a Friday or once a month, a yaer or at least once in a life time. (Fazail-E-A''amaal)
