should i ask my imam about marriage during ramadan?

i have a question about marriage proposals. well i have been seeking a wife for some time now, and for a few months there had been someone that i had been considering for marriage, but in the end she didn't think we had chemistry, whatever that means. as we all know, we are in the month of ramadan, but i wanted to know if it would be proper for me, during this holy month to ask my imam if he's aware of any sisters seeking marriage or should i wait for ramadan to be over first? i ask these questions because i don't know about the etiquettes of marriage proposals and the like, during ramadan.

i'm 27 years old and i'm trying to complete my deen with marriage. i've been lowering my gaze like crazy and fasting too. but it's been extremely difficult for me. it's weird that the haram is such an easy way out, while the halal is much more of a challenge. it's an uphill battle that will bring success inshAllah. i'm just shy to ask my imam.
