Although what is written above is true and good, the actual making "6 Kalimas" and giving them names and then getting people to learn them in this fashion, as if these six together with those names are from the Sunnah is not correct.

There is only ONE Kalimah in Islam, the Shahada.

What are the proofs for there being 6 Kalimas etc,

Those 6 kalimas which are often taught to children in Pakistan and India. They learn these things as if it is the Deen.
However, the Prophet Muhammad :saw: said, "Ad-Du'aa'uu Huwal Ibaadah", meaning, Du'aa is Ibadah. - This is from a Sahih Hadith, in Sahih al Jami' as authenticated by SHaykh Albani (rahimahullah).

Ibadah / Du'aa is tawqifiyyah.
This means we only do that which is established from the Sunnah. Otherwise, we enter into Bid'ah, and that is a sin which leads to the hellfire. - We stick to what our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Salalahu alayhi wa salam) taught us. Islam is perfect.

Sister, this "6 Kalima" is something peculiar, it is something that is found only in the Indian subcontinent. Nowhere else in the Muslim world.

We need to find the proofs for the Sahih Adhkaar (rememberances) and Ad'iyyah (the prayers/duas), there are many good books such as Adhkar IMam Nawawi. There are also chapters in Sahih al Bukhari as well as amongst the rest of the Kuttub Sittah.

We should always look for and check the authenticity of statements that are attributed to the PRophet Muhammad (salallahu alayhi wa salam).
