لا تتناول وجبات دسمة بعد الساعة 5 مساءا



Reduce the amount of TEA you consume

قلل من كمية الشاي الذي تتناوله يوميا



Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
قلل من كمية الأطعمة الدسمة والمشبعة بالدهون التي تتناولها في العادة



Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
أكثر من شرب الماء صباحا وقلل من الماء في الليل



Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS
ابتعد عن الهاتف الجوال أثناء الشحن

Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time
لا تستخدم سماعات الأذنين لفترات طويلة



Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning
أفضل وقت للخلود إلى النوم من الساعة 10 مساءا وحتى 6 صباحا



Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
لا تستلقي مباشرة بعد تناولك لأدويتك



When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times
لا تتصل ولا تجب على اية مكالمة اذا كانت البطارية ضعيفة جدا حيث أن الاشعاعات التي يطلقها الجهاز تكون مضاعفة 1000 مرة

Just got this nice e-mail this morning from my muslim sister. I think it is nice. Wanted simply to share. And acctually am sure of few things written here its truth. Especvially about pill taking and having heavy food after 5am

Do you know that mobile phone would use its maximum signaling power when you dial the numbers before the call is picked up?

So when you try to call through mobile phone, DO NOT put your mobile phone closer to any of your ears until the recipient answers the call.

Please be advised to only use your LEFT EAR while using your cell phone and because if you use your right ear, it will affect your brain directly.
