Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Islam.
Hope we are all in our best of Eeman and health...Inshaa'Allah.
A simple question: when we get angry, why we feel hot/wreckless?do you know that, Inshaa'Allah...some of us must know that. Anyways....
Prophet Muhammad SAWS said: when you get angry, the Satan runs in your body(veins)like blood!....and we all know that Satan is made of smokeless fire,and thus we feel hot/reckless...like we learnt in our school in general science,that, when something is given heat,the atoms inside start moving/jerking reckless. and so we feel like...gonna distroy/gonna boom...gonna kick...gonna slap.....:astag:
May Allah save us from these.....Inshaa'Allah....we will follow in that case...what our beloved Prophet Mohammed SAWS instructed.
01.If you are standing, sit down
02.If you are sitting, lay down
03.If this is not sufficient, go and get udhu.....
04.finally if that doesnt work....go and say 2 rakah of Salah.
we've to think...why Prophet SAWS instructed so...
coz step by step we are cooling down ourselves.....by sitting,by laying...
and making udhu...it cools our blood....when we wash our face...our hand...our head feet.....and the cool(after udhu) blood runs through our body
....and makes us cooooool......Inshallah.........and Salah.......it really calms your whole body.....the mind..the mood....
Inshaa'Allah....we will follow these.....when we will be angry in future.
A muslim should always prepared to change his errors/bad habit.Insha'Allah we will not give the satan a single chance to get in our lives.
