I think pictures like this and testimomy should be presented to the U.N so they can see what is happening. If they allowed a little american girl to address the U.N about littering and polluting the air, hearing this should be made top priority. It seems to me that not allowing medical perssonel in would be some sort of war crime...or a crime against humanity.

The UN is not what we think it is. It is one of the many faces of those who perpetrate the crimes against humanity.
