vomiting while fasting

Hope all the brothers and sisters are in best of health and imaan - ameen

I just have a question, I have a fever, today, and not sure some other stuff is messed up too lol
Anywayz i feel like im going to throw up (vomit) any moment, i cant really help it, im hoping i dont throw up but my throat is really hurting and i feel like something might happen any min.

If i throw up , would that invalidate my fast? if so, how do i make up for this fast?

I had the same problem yesterday bro!! This hadith actually helped me..

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (720) from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever cannot help vomiting does not have to make up the fast, but whoever makes himself vomit deliberately, let him make it up.” Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Thanks ya brother to open that thread, because I supposed vomiting break the fasting if it is full-mouth.. When I saw your thread I checked my knowledge, and I got I am wrong I corrected it now Thanks again for that chance

you are correct , if a person vomited intentionally and it amounted to a mouthful then his fast is broken. If a person vomited unintentionally the fast will not break irrespective of the amount.

Thank YOu you guyz are awesom! i feel so relieved , and no i would never vomit intentionally , and Alhumdulilah im feeling a bit better now but thx for increasing my data bank of knowledge (its pretty small i know! ) too cuz i had it in my mind ur fast breaks if u vomit and u have to fast again but its a good thing i double checked
