as an arab i see it is really shocking for most arabs, to know that there is an arab who is not a muslim, becuz being an arab makes you closer to islam since it began in arabic language, in an arabic country, it should be easier to know and understand what arab muslims r saying and how they'r thinking etc.

Arab people have become affected by centuries old cultural traditions along with modern day influences from the west, these 2 factors in combination weaken our connection for islam, and its happened all over the world. Whereas in the past, religion was accomodated within everyday culture/life and even if that meant abandoning centuries old traditions that were haraam, and external influences werent as strong as theyre are today.

who ever allah guides is guided doesn't matter their origin or country. allah misleads whom ever he wills the prophets parents died in state of disbelieve and Allah guided billions of people because of their son. how unlucky is that.

its normal to find arabs who r christians or jews as most of the people in the arab region were nonmuslims and when thy found about islam and knew how noble and soul saving it is they accepted it wellingly and never by terror or by the sword as some westerns may claim just in a try to fog or destroy the picture of islam .

the more shoking and what really makes me very sad are the arab muslims ar any muslim in the world who is not practicing islam and doesnt give it as much attention and care as he or she gives to career or family or money

Arabic is the oldest language that have not seen much changes ( correct me if i am wrong ) but sad to say ,, most of the arabs are not proud of its written language ,, trying to replace it with transliteration of arabic letters with romanised ....imho if you want to learn the language of the Holy Quran...from the start please learn the arabic alphabets which will be easier for us in future to better understand written arabic and the language itself.

My apology if i seem to go slightly out of topic,,, just wanted to express my opinion ,, before actual arabic alphabets get replace by the roman alphabets.
