What is Islam's stance on nose piercing, ear piercing and belly button piercing?

I have this question,

Is body piercing allowed in Islam, for women?

I heard only nose and ear piercing is halal but belly button piercing is haraam, so can anyone of you shed a light on the subject.

N:B: The question comes for someone who wants to change to Islam, so its a bit urgent.
