I met a Sister in Islam who asked me about that salat, I thought that she was talking about Surat Noor, but she replied that it is not a Surat but a salat, as I am also a new convert, I promised to ask here.

To my knowledge there is no salah by name "Salat an-noor". May be I could be one of bidahs invented by soofis as they have invented more bidahs in the name of salah. so, it is better you ask an Aalim about this.
