Salaam,

They call this catching the holy ghost. It's a charasmatic Christian belief. I don't really see what the purpose of this video is.

:salam2:I just got amazed am aware this kind of things are common in the US, but i wasn t aware it was so wide spread, even in Africa as an African friend of mine who i was doing dawah to told me.

We must not forget that these people are sending missionaries to Iraq and Afghanistan to turn Muslims from their beliefs by taking advantage of their helplessness and deprivation and they are spending millions to do just that. This kind of videos should be spread all over Muslim countries that are under occupation,to warn people who may not know what their are into , it is quite repulsive, the common man doesn t need to go through theological argumentations to refute such concepts, there is a relentless war against Muslims going on .A part of us is under attack...

:salam2:Although some sufis have practices that deviate from the sunnah spinning around in cirlcle and repeating words incessantly, music, dancing, whadatul woujoud an such. I have never seen them pushing things at such a degree. The similitude would lack precision am afraid.

If am mistaking bring and example forth and show it to us. Am talking about running ,screaming, beating and throwing oneself against the floors and the walls or whatever .

Even if there were such cases it is not so wide spread as in this case. This thing right here is quite a massive movement throughout continents and it is mature enough for the psychiatric asylum Or maybe simply Dawah.

Salaam,

So many Chirstians come to this site and attempt debate and attack Islam. This video is a good illustration of the state of Christianity. Keep in mind St. Paul had a divine inspiration. He had spells. This is very normal behavior in many churches. And yes, these splinter groups of Protestants are the evanagelicals who have money to change the world. But all of Christainity wants to spred the word.

Sorry if I was too general in my comment and used the word "same" instead of "similar". I did say some Sufi :D, I suppose I should have said few Sufis.
It's not entirely the same, but very similar.

There is another video but it is a bit more graphic so I decided not to post it.
However you can check it out if you like it is titled "Pir Sahab and his shirk" on you tube.

it's hard to believe that anyone can believe that this experience is an experience from God. i believe that anything that ALLAH SWT has made halal has benefit and whatever ALLAH SWT has made haram is of no benefit to us as muslims. can anyone tell me what benefit would there be for you to roll all over the floor screaming, saying nothing understandable in any language?

i personally have had several experiences with these kind of people. and i will tell you the truth; it is all an act. it's just whether or not you're willing to go along with it. in these type of churches it's expected that a few people do it and it would be considered a bad night if no one was doing it at all. i would tell you my whole experience with these people, but the story is really really long.
