The problem with some people that they are so narrow minded they are locked within the material world, they can't think or extend their mind beyond this material cages.
Islam takes humanity outside these cages , and lift the spirits to better higher much higher domains in a logic reasonable manner.

Allah created time. Time is something we live in. Allah is outside of the boundaries of time. Allah is the Everlasting, none of the attributes of Allah can be explained, we only get a small glimpse of the glory of Allah through these attributes and names. Like this phenomenon of asking who created God, it is the same with all of Allah's features. Simply put, Allah is greater and better than anything we can ever imagine, every last thing about Allah.
Let's say I tell you who created Allah, then your next question will be "Well what created that." So you see there is no answer to this question, it is impossible to answer even if there was such an answer.
This is how I view this question and related, it comes up often when you talk to athiests.
